The Human Media Interaction (HMI) group at the University of Twente employs over 40 researchers and staff. Research at the HMI group is focused on aspects of human-machine interaction, including interaction design, multimedia retrieval and various forms of user observation. The HMI group participates in several European FP7 projects, as well as national and regional collaborations. In addition, the research master Human Media Interaction is organized by the HMI group.
